BDS Tire Recycling, Inc.
BDS Tire Recycling, Inc. specializes in scrap tire collection, transportation, storage, and recycling for customers throughout New England.
We utilize our own personnel and equipment (trucks, trailers, and processing machinery) when servicing our customers.
We process all scrap tires at our licensed facility in Fairfield, Maine. All resulting products are utilized in accordance with Maine DEP and US EPA rules and regulations.
Examples of product usage include crumb rubber, tire-derived fuel (TDF), and tire wire.

What our partners say
Trusted by the people who order by the truckload.
From synthetic turf fields to weekly processing lines, New England’s most demanding rubber buyers count on BDS for clean, consistent crumb rubber — delivered on schedule, every time.
We discovered BDS through a word-of-mouth recommendation — and it’s proven to be a good partnership in the making. BDS consistently delivers high-quality, clean crumb rubber, and their team is a pleasure to work with. Their communication is clear, prompt, and professional, and the ordering process has been efficient and flawless.
When you’re ordering millions of pounds of material, you need a partner you can trust. BDS has absolutely earned that trust.
Richard Letourneau
Turf Division Operations Manager
We’ve been working with BDS for about five years, and they’ve become far more than just a supplier — they’re a true partner. At VS Rubber, meeting precise fill specifications is critical, and many vendors fall short. BDS stands out because they consistently deliver crumb rubber that’s cleaner and more consistent.
Our collaboration is anything but transactional. There’s ongoing communication, a willingness to adapt, and a shared commitment to getting it right — whether we need standard material or something off-spec for a specific line. That matters when you’re running multiple lines and purchasing two truckloads each week, year-round.
What really sets BDS apart is its combination of technical expertise and personal touch. They understand the science behind what we need and customize orders to match our exact requirements. That makes them a supplier we can rely on.
Jason Kratzer
Vice President
We’ve worked with BDS (and FBS) for decades, and they now service about 100 of our locations. What matters most to us is performance and reliability — we have tires that need to be removed on schedule, every time, without issue, and BDS delivers.
They’re compliant, forward-thinking, and a trusted partner I’ve known for years.
Daniel Sawiski Sr.
Purchasing Manager
We’ve worked with BDS Tire Recycling since day one, and they’ve always been reliable and easy to work with. When we call, they’re here the same day or the next — and they’ll even check in if a truck is nearby to see if we’re ready for a pickup.
That kind of responsiveness and dependability makes a big difference, and it’s why we’ve trusted them with all our tire recycling needs from the very beginning.
